I've had this urge to watch Yu Yu Hakusho, one of my most favorite of anime.  The episodes I had in mind were 47 and 63 at the Dark Tournament Saga.  I would love to talk to them in detail but the biggest parts that got me out of these two episodes were when Yusuke was still struggling with the power Genkai gave him and all the while Pu, Yusuke's Spirit Beast who shares a link with him in every way, tries to ease the pain.  Yusuke remembers that Pu shares his feelings and the one most of all in this case was pain.  Yusuke realizing this feels like he even let his inner self down.  What comes next more heart wrenching and it's best you see it,
